Inktomi Corporation. The principal activity of the Group is to provide scalable infrastructure software, which enhances the performance and intelligence of large-scale networks. The activities of the Group are divided into two broad categories: Network products and Portal services. The Network products include three core technologies: Traffic server network cache platform, the Content delivery suite and Media products. Portal services consists of Search solutions and Commerce engine, an application that enables portals and other Internet destination sites to offer online commerce services through their sites to end users. The customers of the Group include Internet service providers, content delivery and hosting providers, web portal and commerce sites, wireless operators and global enterprises.
